ISIS has threatened a chilling “massacre” of all “wild” Russians including Vladimir Putin for torturing four terror suspects.
The four men accused of carrying out the heinous Crocus City Hall massacre have repeatedly been filmed being hit, smacked, electrocuted and even being force-fed an ear by Russian soldiers.

A terrifying gang of ISIS gunmen killed 139 people at a concert on Friday night in the deadliest attack inside Russia for two decades.
It also left 182 injured as Russian officials undertook intense interrogation protocols on the men accused of the barbaric acts.
In the chilling poster, ISIS describe Russians as “wild” before they ask Putin to “stop torturing Islamic State prisoners”.
They then say the pictures and videos of their own men being abused and beaten has only increased the “bloodlust for thousands of their brothers”.
Before they threaten a “massacre” saying it will be full of “very heavy, deadly, bloody, stabbing, burning and devastating blows”.

One of the terror suspects, thought to be Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, 30, can be seen squealing in footage from a Russian soldier.
Rachabalizoda is being chased down by a large group of gun-wielding soldiers in the terrifying footage.
The bare chested man then slumps to the floor and cowers with his hands in front of his face and his knees pulled up to his chest begging for mercy.

Before one of the Russians kneels down next to him and starts reigning down aggressive blows to his head.
The soldier screams in his face saying: “He’s a tramp! Where is your weapon? Your f****** weapon!
“What have you done with your weapon? I will search you now! Stand! Hit him again. Where are the rest?”
As another says: “Come on you scum b****. I will cut you up.”
Rachabalizoda is then kicked by multiple men and pummeled further as the heavily armed Russian border guards and FSB agents take it in turns to inflict pain.
One then grabs his gun and viciously jams in into Rachabalizoda’s side making the terror suspect squirm in agony and scream out.
A strong, menacing dog is then let loose and can be seen standing over the man as soldiers hurl insults and questions at the suspect laid out on the cold, wet floor.
Another threat sees a soldier repeatedly fire rounds from his gun as his pals slap and beat the man further.
The disturbing 90-second clip takes place in a dense, wet woodland area in Russia a few miles away from the Crocus City Hall where the attack took place.
Rachabalizoda is believed to have taken part in the horror shooting alongside at least three other gunmen.
So far 11 people have been detained for their alleged role.
Moments after the painful beating, a separate video shows one of the fuming soldiers brandishing a sharp knife.
He places it by Rachabalizoda’s bloody and bruised face before brutally slicing at his ear.
The clip then shows the soldier making the blubbering suspect put his own ear in his mouth.
Before ordering him to chew it.
The footage has been deemed too sickening to show here at The Sun.
Rachabalizoda was later seen in court with a swollen face and a massive bandage over his right ear.
Other shocking pictures show a second suspect being given electric shocks to his genitals.
The man identified as Shamsuddin Fariddun, is shown in a deeply disturbing state on a gym floor with his trousers pulled down and wires seemingly attached to his groin area.
The wires appear to be from a TA-57 military field telephone capable of discharges of up to 80 volts.
His mouth is visibly foaming and he appears to be clenching his teeth as he endures the torment.
Who are ISIS-K and why would they attack Putin’s Russia?
RUSSIA is reeling after four terror suspects violently murdered 139 people in Friday’s Crocus City Hall massacre in Moscow.
But despite Vladimir Putin’s attempts to place the blame on Ukraine, it is a regional branch of the Islamic State terrorist group, ISIS-K, who have stepped forward and claimed accountability for the horror attack.
Who are ISIS-K?
Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) emerged in eastern Afghanistan in late 2014 and quickly established a reputation for extreme brutality.
One of the most active regional affiliates of the Islamic State militant group, ISIS-K has seen its membership decline since peaking around 2018, with the Taliban and US forces inflicting heavy losses.
But it is feared that ISIS-K has been quietly recruiting and growing its numbers once more and is considered an ongoing threat by the US.
General Michael Kurilla, the commander of US Central Command, told Congress last March that ISIS-K was quickly developing the ability to conduct “external operations” in Europe and Asia.
Friday’s attack has seen Isis-K has take over from Chechen rebels as the perpetrators of the most serious attacks in Russia, including the bombing of the St Petersburg metro in 2017, which left 15 dead.
What attacks have the carried out?
ISIS-K has a history of attacks, including against mosques, inside and outside Afghanistan.
In September 2022, ISIS-K militants claimed responsibility for a deadly suicide bombing at the Russian embassy in Kabul.
The group was also responsible for an attack on Kabul’s international airport in 2021 that killed 13 US troops and scores of civilians during the chaotic US evacuation from the country.
Isis-K has been behind a series of smaller-scale plots, including an attempt earlier this month to attack a synagogue in the Kaluga region southwest of Moscow.
Why would they attack Russia?
Jihadist terrorist movements have long posed a serious threat to Russia.
While the attack by ISIS-K in Russia on Friday was a dramatic escalation, experts said the group has opposed Russian President Vladimir Putin in recent years.
The group is also believed to see Russia as equivalent to the US in its “hatred” for Islam.
“ISIS-K has been fixated on Russia for the past two years, frequently criticising Putin in its propaganda,” said Colin Clarke of Soufan Center, a New York-based research group.
Michael Kugelman of the Washington-based Wilson Center said ISIS-K “sees Russia as being complicit in activities that regularly oppress Muslims.”
He added that the group also counts as members a number of Central Asian militants with their own grievances against Moscow.

IN COURT
Four men have been charged with committing the terrorist attack by Moscow’s Basmanny district court.
The men, who have been named as Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, 32, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, 30, Mukhammadsobir Fayzov, 19, and Shamsidin Fariduni, 25, could face life imprisonment.
Rachabalizoda and Fariduni pleaded guilty to some of the charges against them, while Mirzoyev “admitted his guilt in full”.
Fayzov has also been charged with acts of terrorism and all four are being kept in custody pending trial on May 22.
Vladimir Putin declared Sunday a national day of mourning after vowing to punish all those behind the attack.
The four men accused of opening fire on crowds were forced into a courtroom on Sunday bloodied and bruised.
Images from a Moscow district court showed one of the suspects sitting in the defendant’s cage with a bandage over his severed ear.
Courtroom pictures published by Russian media also showed another suspect brought in on a wheelchair apparently missing an eye.
Another had a black eye and a ripped plastic bag around his neck, and a fourth suspect with a swollen face seemed disoriented and struggling to keep his eyes open.
The men, identified by Russian media as all being citizens of the ex-Soviet republic of Tajikistan living in Russia, would be remanded in pre-trial custody until May 22.
So far 11 people have been detained, including the four suspected gunmen, who fled the concert hall and made their way to the Bryansk region, about 340 km southwest of Moscow.
Torture in Russian prisons
There have been numerous allegations and criticisms against Putin’s administration regarding torture in Russian prisons. These include:
Use of Torture Tactics: Reports have suggested the use of torture tactics such as beatings, electric shocks, suffocation, and psychological abuse against prisoners.
Denial of Due Process: Critics argue that prisoners are often denied basic legal rights and due process, leading to an environment where torture can occur with impunity.
Lack of Accountability: There is criticism over the lack of accountability for those responsible for torture, with accusations that authorities often turn a blind eye to such abuses.
Violation of Human Rights: Torture is a clear violation of human rights, and the Russian government has faced condemnation from international human rights organisations for failing to prevent and address these abuses.
Political Motivations: Some critics argue that torture is used as a tool to suppress dissent and intimidate political opponents, leading to a climate of fear and repression.
VOW TO KILL
Russia will “kill” the terrorist suspects from the Moscow massacre, vowed close Putin ally Dmitry Medvedev.
The threat comes before they have faced trial and despite Russia having a moratorium on use of the death penalty.
Medvedev said: “They were caught. Well done to everyone who caught them.
“Should they be killed? Necessary. And it will be.
“But it is much more important to kill everyone involved.
“Everyone, who paid, who sympathised, who helped. Kill them all.”
Separately, Russia has awarded dozens of medals to soldiers it claimed stopped the Moscow massacre terrorist suspects from fleeing to Ukraine.
The honours for “Courage” appear to be part of a concerted campaign to persuade Russians that Kyiv was in some way behind the Crocus City Hall atrocity.
Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to answer a CNN question on the alleged torture.
He was asked about “signs of violent actions”, “bruises” and swollen faces before being told “there were videos and photos indicating the use of torture”.
Peskov replied: “I leave this question unanswered.”
Putin and his regime have played up the idea that Ukraine played a role in the massacre.
This has been widely ignored with many seeing it as being carried out by an ISIS-linked terrorist grouping.
A Russian general was wheeled out to present medals to army troops from the Leningrad Military District.
Lt-Gen Esedulla Abachev “personally congratulated each one, highly appreciating the accomplishment of the assigned combat missions”.
The awards were for “Courage” and “Military Distinction”.
Medals also went to members of the Akhmat-Russia regiment – loyal to Chechen warlord Ramzan Kadyrov – who were also involved in the operation.
They “distinguished themselves in the search for and neutralisation of particularly dangerous terrorists who had carried out a horrendous terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall”.
FSB special forces officers were also involved in detaining the four.
Kremlin-loyal Readovka media outlet said that an OSINT analysis had confirmed they were aiming for the Ukrainian border.
“The terrorists who carried out the massacre at Crocus City Hall were indeed moving towards Ukraine – this is evidenced by OSINT analysis data that compares the landscape of the area,” said the outlet.
They are believed to have been held at two locations close to Khatsun village, in the Karachaevsk district of Bryansk region, and Kommuna, Navinsky district, around 87 miles to the Ukrainian border.
The location is around 103 miles from the Belarus border.
Amid a claim the pro-Putin media is under orders to highlight a Ukraine link, Readovka was clear about its conclusion.

The outlet said: “So there should be no questions about where the militants were fleeing to, who were promised 500,000 roubles [£4,290] for the mass murder of ordinary, innocent people, no matter how much Kyiv would like to wash away its involvement in the cold-blooded execution of peaceful Russian citizens.”
SHOT media said two of the four suspects visited Crocus City Hall at least five times in the two weeks before the terrorist attack.
