Current Resident: The location is perfect for me, liked it so much that I bought a place here after my 1st year in Winter Park. It’s really the intersection of College Park, Downtown Orlando, Audubon Park, Mills 50, Park Lake & Winter Park come together… you can access all these areas by bike 🚴, scooter 🛴, walking 🚶♀️ & 🚘 Just pick an option (Lime it) and go. The city 🌃 did a great job with the Urban Trail upgrade & the crosswalks are modern and make driving my last option. It’s easy to stroll on the trail up to Lake Ivanhoe to just chill/picnic, play in the park, exercise, meditate, or play beach volleyball! If it’s the weekend then small markets, brunch, breweries, bakeries, grocery stores, world class restos (Mills 50/Virginia & Orange Ave) are a quick trip away! I like Santiago’s Bodega HH, been awhile but they do‘em late late ⏰ I can keep on going here but don’t have to take my word for it!
