Trump’s audiences seem to be losing their energy, with many rallies in the final week of campaigning feeling flat.

In Allentown, Pennsylvania on Tuesday night, Trump was humiliated by having the empty seats directly behind where he was standing.

As Trump ranted about immigration, the economy and communism, MAGA supporters started to lose attention.

A man stood directly behind Trump, in the line of the camera shot, was repeatedly seen staring at his phone.

When reaching the second hour of his staggeringly long speech, black seats started to become more visible as swathes of people left.

Bloomberg’s Josh Wingrover, who was in the arena, tweeted: “Trump has taken the stage in Allentown. (The arena of 8,500 is mostly full but there are chunks of empty seats in the second bowl.)”

Part of the issue has been how late the former president has been arrivin at his rallies, regularly forcing his followers to wait.

On Wednesday night, Trump was delayed by arriving in a garbage truck, having staggered towards the vehicle, completely missed the door handle then almost fell to the ground.
